River Park
Already in the spring of next year will start building company change significantly appearance of city Bratislava. The project, which in two years grown on Bratislava waterfront, will get closer the Slovak city to other modern European metropolis, because of the top architecture.
The project, which will be built on the riverbank bratislavskom is named the River Park, which schould first express its connection with the river. Slovo Park has again evokes pleasant feelings, which could be a new dominant of Bratislava. Despite the fact that Bratislava used to talk about beauty of the Danube, the visitor can quickly see that Bratislava was never connected with their river, as for example is done in Prague. Therefore the author of the project architect Erick van Egeraat wants to bring life to the river.
During developing the project investor and the architect haf to respect the requirements of the City on the sensitive incorporation of the project to an existing city silhouette with silhouette of the Small Carpathians behinde, richly structured silhouette of Old Town and the strong dominates of the castle hill. During creating a new investor was predominant by the project to avoid any imminent conflict with the dominant high-rise Bratislava Castle what he solved with extruding one of the objects above the level of the Danube. By the creation of the original significant element investor complianced plan without prejudice to the heavy-handed interference to the expression City. The way Egeraat solved the layout of individual buildings and projects is valuable in that to keep transparent view from walking towards the green Bôrik no mass or service "wall", but the area stays open to "air".

There will be more than 43 000 hectares for 340 apartments, over 28 000 hectares are earmarked for top-quality office space. River Park in conjunction with neighboring Park of Culture and the rest would have become the extension of an existing center of the capital.
